• The child has applied to become the parent sponsor for the 870 visa, and the sponsorship is approved
• The child has been living in Australia for more than 4 years
• The child must pass the income test

○   If seek to meet the test alone:

▪ Child’s taxable income for the most recent completed financial year immediately before the sponsorship application date, must be at least equal to, or greater than $83,454.80.

○   If seek to combine the taxable income with Child’s partner or child’s siblings:

▪ The income of the child who apply to become sponsor must be greater than $41727.4; and

▪ The combined income must be greater than $83454.80
